The product family name is derived from the manufacturing process. After mixing the two types of pálinka, the 80% alcoholic base flour is separately matured on two fruit beds for a minimum of 12 months. The distinctive color, flavor and sweetness of the Double Beds are attributed to the creators extracted from fruits, which may vary from year to year.
