Steak with garlic zucchini
For 4 people:
1 kg pork chop, 1 packet Kotányi Garlic Roast Spice Mix, 1 teaspoon fat, 4 cloves garlic, 2 zucchini diced, salt, Kotányi White Pepper Ground
Preparation:
Slice the meat, beat lightly, sprinkle with Kotányi Garlic Steak spice mixture and let stand for a short time. Grease the slices with a little fat, then place the meat in a pan and pour a little water under it. Simmer until soft for about 70 minutes, then add the garlic and zucchini cubes for the last 15 minutes. Fry the meats until nice golden brown. We can season it with salt and pepper.
