Spicy flecken
For 2 people:

2 slices of 200 g pork loin,
1 packet of Kotányi Flekken seasoning salt,
2 EC olive oil

Preparation:
Rub the meat slices with Kotányi Flekken seasoning salt, sprinkle with olive oil
Let it stand for 30 minutes.
Both sides of the meat are grilled for a short time.
Serve with parsley potatoes and sprinkled with chili to taste.
