A traditional blend of selected grapes. Based on Kékfrankos complemented by Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, with some Syrah and Kadarka.The grapes were harvested different time, and the whole process was separately. After the ageing, which we made 12 months in 80% used barrels and 20% in new Hungarian and French oak barrels we mixed the wines.

The core is blackish purple with a burgundy red rim. The nose offers spices of toasted oak, black pepper, forest fruit, cigarbox and mineral notes. The palate shows similar levels of complexity and it is quite full reflecting the character of the vintage. The ample tannins are balanced by wonderfully concentrated aromas.
