 The story begins at the grandfather of Mr. Arpad Nagy the master distiller. He was a hardworking, warm-hearted man loved by his fellow citizens who created a  delicious pálinka in return.

 

 

Senior Arpad Nagy distilled pálinka since 1978 and Jr. Arpad Nagy master distiller  learnt the details and secrets  of this skill from him.There are many good pálinkas in Hungary, but there are ones that stand out from the rest as best ones. The  family painstakingly works for the goal to secure an honourable  place for the ÁRPÁD PÁLINKAS among the best quality spirits. There is a strong emphasis on the respectful pálinka consumption with the focus on uniqueness and quality. The Árpád Manufacture introduced their own new brands ’ÁRPÁD’ and ’VADÁSZ’ palinka ranges in early 2009 as a result of numerous awards on international and local spirit contests. The family has 6 hectares of plum tree plants, which provides with a rock-solid supply and quality regarding plum palinkas. All other fruits are chosen carefully by selecting only the ripe and best quality. The well equipped distillery keeps on growing by the installment of new and large capacity machinery, with cutting edge technology (e.g. computerized oxigen-free fermentation). The new palinka-house will be ready by October 2010 to welcome palinka-tourism from all over Hungary and abroad.
