William Pear Novum Palinka 45% Double Aged with gift box by Arpad
This essence was matured for three years on 100% gooseberry lees.
Our high-quality 80% alcohol gold medal-winning pálinka was poured into a barrel
full of completely dried fruit and matured for three years. Pálinka has lost its
volume and alcohol content over the years. The product has become creamy and slightly sweet,
its consistency has thickened and it moves slowly in the glass.
